Yoga Indra’s aim is to share the joy, peace and health giving benefits of yoga with as broad a range of people as possible.
Classes are friendly, welcoming and affordable.
The style of teaching is gentle and approachable, with an emphasis on students working at their individual capacity, to gain both enjoyment and benefit from their practice.
Yoga Indra’s principal teacher, Jane Miller, is an internationally accredited teacher. Jane studied in the Sivananda tradition at Aarsh Yoga Vidya Peetham in Kerala, India, under the renowned Yogi, Bhooma Chaitanya.
Jane has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and continues to develop her knowledge of the ancient practice of yoga as the science of living.
Jane has a gentle, friendly approach to teaching yoga, and aims to have every student to leave class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

It has been such a pleasant delight to receive, read and learn from your first news letter. Seeing you in asanas are a good reference for our personal practice.I particularly enjoyed reading your personal story of how the name came to you, it gives meaning and creates connection which I love. Loved the links too, so much to learn and gain.
