General/Intermediate Yoga Classes

COVID UPDATE: Our intermediate and rise and shine classes are on hold for the time being due to instructor availability.

Stretch and strengthen your body, focus your mind and relax your spirit with a general/intermediate hatha yoga class.

While each intermediate yoga class follows a consistent structure, and sections of the class remain consistent, each week we introduce a number of new asanas so that students can explore the different effects on the body and mind.

The class requires a reasonable level of physical condition and familiarity with basic yoga asanas. However, the style of yoga taught is not athletic, so students are able to work at their own pace and level.

When: Wednesday evening at 6.30pm

Where: Campbelltown Uniting Church, 607 Lower North East Rd, Campbelltown SA

Cost: 10-class pass $120 (valid for 4 months), or $15 casual

‘Rise and Shine’ early morning yoga flow

Join us during the warmer months (Oct-Mar) for this early morning yoga flow which is designed to leave you feeling invigorated and ready to face the day.

Based on sun-salutations and warrior flows it is more energetic than other Yoga Indra classes, but well within the reach of a beginner/intermediate yogi with a reasonable level of fitness.

When: Tuesday morning at 6.30am (October to March)

Where: Campbelltown Uniting Church, 607 Lower North East Rd, Campbelltown SA

Cost: 10-class pass $120 (valid for 4 months), or $15 casual
