Of course, the benefit of yoga is that it helps you train your mind, as well as your body!

Tailored to your requirements

Private yoga lessons give you one-on-one attention which means that each session can be specifically tailored to your needs.  You can work on perfecting particular asanas, deepening your overall practice or achieving complete relaxation and improved postural alignment with a restorative yoga session.

You can use your private yoga lesson to help you develop your own home practice, or seek guidance on particular aspects of your practice that you find challenging. You may want to explore the benefits of pranayama or develop your meditation practice.

Tailored to your schedule

Perhaps it’s because you can’t leave the kids alone in the house at night, or your work schedule makes it difficult to come to classes regularly. Maybe you’d like a few personal lessons to get you started before joining a class, or you have a small group of friends who would like to do some guided practice together.  Whatever the reason, Yoga Indra can provide private lessons for up to 4 people in your home (or if you prefer in the teacher’s home).

Lessons can be booked on a one-off basis, or on a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
