Yoga Indra offers affordable yoga classes to suit students at different levels
We teach a traditional style of yoga known as ‘Hatha’ which is one of the original forms of yoga on which most of the modern variations are based. It is a gentle yet powerful form of yoga, which emphasises the body, mind, breath connection.
Classes are available for beginners through to intermediate yoga practitioners. Classes are 75 minutes long and incorporate asanas (postures), pranayama (conscious breathing) and yoga nidra (a form of relaxation or meditation).
Hatha Yoga teaches us to ‘follow the middle path’ – encouraging students to work at their own pace and level without straining. Improvement comes with regular, mindful practice, not through over-exertion. The aim is to have students leaving class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, not exhausted!

Fees
To attend classes on a casual basis the cost is $15 per class. Alternatively, you can purchase a 10 class pass for $120 (valid for 4 months). (Pension cardholder and seniors discounts apply.)
