Corporate Yoga
Introducing yoga into the workplace can improve organisational wellbeing as well as individual wellbeing.
Wellbeing isn’t just the absence of ill health, it is a complex combination of positive physical, mental, emotional and social health factors. Unlike your average PT session, a yoga class works on all these dimensions.
Yoga helps to build strength and flexibility and can assist people to manage the physical impact of sitting behind a desk or performing repetitive tasks for long periods of time. It helps relieve stress and can assist people to manage anxiety. Yoga also brings people together in a positive environment and can be a great way to break down barriers inside an organisation.
Healthier, less stressed staff take fewer sick days and are generally more productive. Improved relationships across an organisation make for a happier workplace.
